A favorite theme of mine is "when we stop learning, we stop living."
This philosophy fuels my curiosity, and keeps me excited about working with people who are committed to their professional growth and fulfillment, as well. This combination of curiosity and commitment inspires me to continually research and develop viable work practices that align with our human physiology and systems, and to share them with professionals and their firms, so that they thrive at work and in life.
Much of our daily stress and depletion is caused by work practices and demands that keep us out of sync with our innate design. When we align our work practices with the way we were designed to work—mentally, physically, emotionally and motivationally—we optimize brain power, maximize resources, have greater energy, are more productive and efficient, and we perform and feel better. We’re empowered to take charge of our professional lives, and we experience greater joy and satisfaction, overall.

Judith has been bringing performance training to lawyers and law firms for more than a decade. She has a background in biology and physiology research, along with specialized training in emotional intelligence, mediation, and resilience, which she incorporates into her programs.
Judith takes a human design approach to her work with clients, which combines physiology, psychology, values, emotional intelligence and mindset. She has developed tools and programs for helping clients to improve their performance and feel better in the process, in short, to thrive. She is committed to equipping professionals and teams working in high-demand, high-stress environments with the cognitive, emotional and motivational strategies needed to transform stress, build resilience, and produce better outcomes. Judith founded LeaderEsQ and the Center for Thriving in Law to ensure that high-achieving professionals have the tools that they need to thrive in all areas of their lives.
